About The Program

The Manly Deeds Foundation will host its “9th Annual Golf Classic Greens for Scholarship Dreams”. Manly Deeds Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, established by the Men of Eta Pi Lambda Chapter of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

The organization awards yearly scholarships to graduating high school students in the Greater Los Angeles, Pasadena, and Inland Empire school districts. The focus of this foundation is that no qualified student, that applied, would have their dream of achieving higher education denied or deferred due to the lack of funding. Since inception the Manly Deeds Foundation has produced several fundraising activities and ultimately decided to make our Golf Classic the cornerstone of our fundraising efforts.

Again, this year’s special guests will be UCLA Basketball Hall of Fame inductee Toby Bailey and UCLA
Assistant Basketball Coach Tyus Edney, and a host of television & sports personalities.

Single golfer entry fee: $150.00

• Golf Awards Program Reception, Buffet Dinner and featuring our “Pick a Prize Raffle”
• The opportunity to meet & greet our
  2023 Scholarship Recipients

On course challenges to test your skills:

• Lowest Team Score
• Closest to the Pin
• Longest Drive
• Putting Contest
